When I first founded Complete, the mission was clear: eliminate the chaos. Having navigated a Division I career at Florida State, Rutgers, and URI through three ACL tears, I knew the operational grind all too well. I saw coaches buried in spreadsheets, juggling logins across six different vendor platforms just to get a straight answer about their team.
We built a platform that solved the first half of that problem: giving performance staff one home base to operate from. But the deeper I got into conversations with heads of performance, strength coaches, and sport scientists, the clearer it became that consolidation alone wasn’t enough. Having your data in one place doesn’t help if you still have to manually piece it together every time you need an answer.
