2019
The Spark of Conviction
The journey began back in Sayawni's hometown of Boston while undergoing her third ACL surgery. This pivotal event revealed the isolating gaps in mental health and nutritional support for even the most elite athletes.

2020
The Foundation of Insight
As the world stopped, Sayawni's research began. While still competing at Florida State, Sayawni began conducting deep-dive market research, validating that fragmented systems was a universal problem in sports.

2021
Validating the Power 5 Gap
Transferring to Rutgers provided Sayawni with a new vantage point. By iterating on the initial concept of Complete within a second Power 5 institution, it became clear that even the most well-funded programs had this universal problems of fragmented systems.

2022
Proving Universal Inefficiency
At the University of Rhode Island (URI), the mission was solidified. Sayawni discovered that the same hurdles found at Power 5s were just as prevalent across the A10 and mid-major landscape.

2024
A New Standard Takes the Stage
Upon graduating at URI, Complete was born and hitting the ground running. Complete was debuted on the national stage at a pitch competition during Super Bowl weekend in Las Vegas. From that moment, the vision evolved from a personal mission into a movement to help data rich practitioners make insightful decisions in far less time.
