Our story begins with a simple, powerful belief: no athlete’s potential should be limited by a lack of support.
This belief was forged in the fire of personal experience. Our founder, Sayawni Lassiter, lived the life of a Division 1 athlete at Florida State, Rutgers, and URI. She navigated the highs of competition, the rigorous demands of academics, and the isolating lows of overcoming three separate, career-ending ACL injuries. Through it all, she saw a glaring disconnect: athletic programs were run on a chaotic mix of fragmented tools, leaving a massive gap where holistic athlete support should have been.
The mental, physical, and operational challenges were treated as separate problems, but Sayawni knew they were one.
Complete was born from that conviction.
